Indo Asilia Trade keeps the paperwork and the books of a commodity business in one app. Owners, accountants and salespeople each sign in with their own account and see what their role allows. This app records what your business does. It does not move money, hold funds or connect to a bank. A payment in the app is an entry you make for your own bookkeeping. TRADES - Create a trade for a buyer with commodity, quantity, price, currency, origin and destination. - Local and cross-border trades use the same screen. The type follows from the countries you choose. - Confirm a trade to post the sale, add supplier purchases to it, or cancel it. Nothing is deleted: a cancellation posts a reversing entry. FORMS THAT FILL THEMSELVES IN - Pick a buyer and the destination country is filled in. Type a town and the delivery location follows. - On a dispatch, pick the trade and the quantity still to send and the destination town are filled in. Mark a truck delivered and the quantity delivered is copied from the quantity loaded. - On a payment, pick the trade and its company, buyer, bank account and the amount still to be received are suggested. - Enter an international phone number in a master record and it is copied to the WhatsApp number field. - Whatever you type or choose yourself is never replaced. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY - Record each truck: truck number, driver, container, quantity loaded, expected arrival and status. - Attach photos as delivery proof, taken with the camera or chosen from the gallery. - Record the buyer's feedback on arrival, such as a shortage or a quality remark. Delivery and payment are tracked separately, so a delivered truck never marks an invoice as paid. PAYMENTS, EXPENSES AND STAFF COSTS - Record payments received from buyers and paid to suppliers, with the company, the bank account and the currency of the transaction. - Record expenses with receipt photos. - Generate salary and commission entries. - Expenses and payments entered by an accountant or salesperson wait for the owner's approval. - Entries are double-entry. Each one keeps its own currency, the exchange rate of its date and the US dollar equivalent. CONTRACTS, PROFORMA INVOICES AND DELIVERY NOTES - Generate a sales contract or proforma invoice from a trade, and a delivery note from a dispatch. - Edit the parties, items, tax, bank details and terms. Every save is a new revision and older revisions can be restored. - Preview the PDF, share it as a link through a messaging app, or send it by email. - Amounts are written in each currency's own style, for example 41,47,000.00 or 1,160,000.00. REPORTS - Cash and bank balances, buyer receivables and supplier payables with ageing, trade-wise profit and loss, shipment cost, expense breakdown, tax summary, cash flow, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and the general ledger. - Filter by period and company, and copy any report as CSV. SEVERAL COMPANIES, ONE LOGIN - Keep more than one company in the same business, with trades between them. - Set up buyers, suppliers, transporters, agents, commodities, units, grades, packaging, bank accounts, tax rules and exchange rates under Masters. - Owners can see an audit log of every change. WORKS WITH POOR SIGNAL - New trades, payments, expenses and dispatches without photos are saved on the phone when there is no connection and sent when it returns. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS - A business owner registers in the app. The registration is reviewed and approved before the account can be used. - Owners add their own staff and choose what each person can see. - Your business data is visible only to your own business. - You sign in to the server address given to you with your account. Notifications are shown inside the app. Indo Asilia Trade does not send push notifications. An account is required. Use of the app is subject to your organisation's access being active.
