Inspire Connect is a personal development app for girls and women in sport, and for the coaches and leaders developing them. Confidence isn't something you're born with. You build it, a little every day, and this is where you do it. Most programs end after a few months. Inspire Connect is the one that stays, with support and connection every day. GROW A LITTLE EVERY DAY One small challenge a day, ten minutes at most. Over six months they build through confidence and identity, communication, strategic thinking, relationships, courage and sustainable performance. Tick it off, keep your streak, earn the badge for a perfect month. SET GOALS AND SEE PROGRESS Set goals across every part of your life, not just sport. Write down why each one matters, what progress looks like and what might get in the way, then watch the bar move. HABITS THAT STICK Pick the days each habit belongs to, see the week at a glance, and take a break without losing your streak. WATCH YOUR CONFIDENCE CLIMB Rate how you feel about the things you are working on, note what changed, and see the trend over weeks instead of guessing. NEVER GROW ALONE Private group spaces with chat, a shared feed, tasks and files. A community for adult members to ask, answer and share with women in sport everywhere. A library of resources on confidence, communication, body and health, mind and mental health, and the stories of women who did it. YOU'RE ON YOUR PHONE ANYWAY. MAKE IT COUNT. Every goal set, habit checked and challenge finished is a small win you can see. That is what keeps you coming back. FOR COACHES AND LEADERS Your influence does not have to end when practice does. Bring your whole team on one plan; they join with your code and pay nothing. A team chat, a feed to lead from, and tasks that nudge them toward the daily work. Each week you see how the group is doing, as numbers: days active, habits, challenges, reflections. What each member writes stays hers, and she can turn even the numbers off. SAFE FOR YOUNGER MEMBERS Members must be 13 or older. Anyone 13 to 17 joins with a parent or guardian's consent, and the wider community feed is adults only. Adults in a group with anyone under 18 are verified coaches who accept a code of conduct and confirm a current background check, and there are always two of them. MEMBERSHIP A 7-day free trial, then $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Team plans are $4.99 per member a month, paid by the coach. Cancel any time.
