Universal IR remote for TCL soundbars — power, volume, sound modes & source.
Turn your phone into a universal infrared remote for your TCL soundbar. TCL Soundbar Remote sends real IR signals through your phone's built-in infrared blaster — no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth pairing, and no extra hardware required. Lost or broke your original remote? Choose from the built-in TCL code sets, tap the buttons you need, and control your soundbar the moment the right code set matches your model. KEY FEATURES • Built-in TCL soundbar code sets — try each one and keep the remote that works with your model • Essential controls: Power, Volume Up/Down and Mute • Playback controls: Play/Pause, Forward and Backward • Sound tuning: Sound Mode, Bass, Treble, Bass Boost, Voice, DTS Virtual:X, DTS TruVolume and AI Sonic • Source switching including Bluetooth and USB • Full navigation pad with OK, Menu, Home, Back, EPG, Zoom and Apps • Clean, fast, dark interface designed for one-handed use • Remembers the last code set you used, so it opens ready to go HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the app and choose a TCL code set from the list. 2. Point your phone at the soundbar and press Power. 3. If it responds, you're set. If not, go back and try the other code set. IMPORTANT — IR HARDWARE REQUIRED This app works only on Android phones and tablets that have a built-in IR blaster (infrared emitter). If your device has no IR hardware, the app cannot transmit signals — it will let you know when no emitter is detected. Please confirm your device has an IR blaster before purchasing accessories or leaving a review. WHY CODE SETS? Different TCL soundbar models use different IR command sets. Rather than guessing, this app ships captured code sets so you can quickly find the one that controls your unit. We add more models over time — if yours isn't covered yet, please reach out so we can prioritize it. DISCLAIMER This is an independent third-party universal remote application.
