SaneScanner brings your scanner to your phone. If your scanner is shared over the network with SANE, from a Linux PC, a Raspberry Pi, a NAS or a router, SaneScanner finds it and scans straight to your phone or tablet. There's nothing to install on the computer and no account to create. WORKS WITH YOUR SCANNER • Any scanner your SANE server can drive: flatbeds, document feeders, all-in-ones, and film and photo scanners • Finds SANE servers on your network by itself, or add one by address • Password-protected scanners are supported, and a remembered password is encrypted on your device • Every option your scanner offers, with the advanced ones a switch away A PREVIEW YOU CAN SEE • Watch the page appear line by line under a moving scan light • Drag the corners to choose exactly what to scan, or pick a paper size • One tap finds the original on the glass and frames it for you SCAN THE WAY YOU WANT • Color, gray or black and white, at any resolution your scanner supports • Presets for documents, photos and text, plus your own • Document feeders scan every page in one go, and blank pages can be skipped • Two-sided documents on a one-sided feeder: scan the fronts, then the backs, and the pages are put in order for you • Scanning carries on in the background, with progress in a notification YOUR DOCUMENTS • Every scan becomes a document you can rename, search, merge and duplicate • Reorder pages by dragging, rotate them, add more, or move some to a new document • Crop with automatic edge finding, straighten crooked pages automatically, and clean up with Document, Grayscale, Black & white and Vivid filters, plus brightness and contrast • Edits never touch the original scan, so you can change your mind anytime EXPORT AND SHARE • PDF, JPEG, PNG or multi-page TIFF • PDFs at the full quality of your scans, or compact enough to email • Share to any app, save to any folder, or print in color or black and white DESIGNED FOR ANDROID • A clean, modern design with light and dark themes, a pure-black option and accent colors, including your wallpaper's on Android 12 and newer • Made for phones and tablets • Launcher shortcuts for a new scan or your documents PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking • SaneScanner connects only to the SANE servers you use.
