Maintenance reminders and appliance manuals. Private and open source.
Reminders for the house stuff you always forget, and every appliance's details in one place. What it does: - Pick from about 60 common maintenance tasks with sensible schedules, or add your own - One tap marks a task done and the next due date sets itself - A reminder when something is due. One notification, no streaks, no nagging - Keep each appliance's brand, model, and serial number handy - Find manual jumps straight to a search for your exact model's documentation - Everything stays on your phone. Export and import your data as a file, any time Your data stays with you. The app never asks who you are or where you live. Open source: https://github.com/Josh-Approved/home-maintenance What it doesn't do: No paywall. No ads. No tracking. No accounts. No subscriptions. The whole app is the whole app. Every feature is here, no upsell. Josh Approved is supported by the people who use it. No ads, no subscriptions, no data harvest. What keeps this sustainable is whether it's worth a few dollars to you. If it is, there's an optional tip jar in the app. Send feedback: feedback@joshapproved.com
