Most porn blockers stop the big Western sites. Then the Japanese, hentai and doujin sites slip through, and your streak is gone again.
Mamori is a porn and adult content blocker built for that gap.
WHAT MAMORI BLOCKS
- 2.5 million+ adult domains across your whole phone, every browser and app
- Japanese adult video, hentai and doujin sites other blockers miss
- Thousands of Japanese performer names
- Coded Japanese titles and adult searches typed inside supported apps
- SafeSearch forced on Google, Bing, YouTube
HARD TO UNDO IN A WEAK MOMENT
- Lock changes behind a cooldown, random phrase, PIN or passphrase
- Give your PIN to someone you trust
- Uninstall protection while protection is on
- Optional setting guard blocks the screens that switch protection off
- Re-arms automatically after a restart
- Optional emergency unlock
YOURS TO CONTROL
- Add your own blocked sites, allow one caught by mistake, block whole apps
- Allowed apps list, so banking and work apps keep working
- When protection is off, everything is off, and Mamori uninstalls like any app

Filtering happens on your phone. No account, no logs of sites you visit, no data sold.
Mamori isn't about shame. It gives the part of you that wants to stop the upper hand.
Free for 7 days. Then monthly, annual or a one-time lifetime purchase.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
Mamori uses the Android AccessibilityService API. Here is exactly what it does.
Why Mamori needs it
Mamori reads on-screen text in a fixed, limited list of apps, being your browser and a small number of social and video apps, so it can recognise an adult search term as you type it and show a block screen instead of the results. Android offers no narrower API that can see a search term typed inside another app.
Mamori also offers an optional setting guard. When you switch it on, Mamori recognises the Android settings screens used to disable or uninstall Mamori and shows its block screen there instead. It is off when you install Mamori, only you can turn it on, and it applies only while your own protection is running.
What is read
On-screen text and search field contents, in the listed apps only. Password fields are never read.
Where it goes
Nowhere. Every check happens on your device. Mamori never stores, logs, uploads or shares any text it reads. No screen content leaves your phone.
Is it optional
Yes. Mamori's website blocking works without it. In-app blocking is the only feature that needs it.
How to turn it off
Open Android Settings, then Accessibility, then Mamori, and switch it off. You can also manage it inside Mamori under Protection. If you enabled the setting guard with a lock, turn protection off first by completing your lock.
Mamori is not an accessibility tool and is not designed to support users with disabilities. It does not declare the isAccessibilityTool flag.
VPN SERVICE DISCLOSURE
Mamori uses the Android VpnService API to block adult websites.
Why it is needed
Mamori filters DNS, the lookup every app makes to turn a domain name into an address. VpnService is the only API Android gives an ordinary app to filter DNS device-wide, so blocking works in every browser and app, not just inside Mamori.
It is not a conventional VPN
There is no remote VPN server. Mamori does not proxy, tunnel, encrypt, redirect or anonymise your traffic, and nothing is routed to Mamori or to any third party. Only DNS queries enter it. All other traffic, meaning web pages, video, messages and every other app, bypasses it entirely, and Mamori never sees its contents.
What happens to a query
The domain is checked against a blocklist stored on your device. Blocked domains are answered locally as not found. Others are forwarded unchanged to a public DNS resolver. Mamori does not store, log, upload or share the domains you look up.
How to turn it off
Switch protection off in Mamori, which stops the VPN. If you set a lock, complete it first. You can also revoke it in Android Settings under VPN.
