Ad-hoc announcements, quarterly figures, DAX: what really matters for your portfolio.
An ad-hoc announcement arrives at 7:31 a.m. The stock exchange opens at 9:00 a.m. In between, there's a lengthy mandatory text, and the question is always the same: Does this affect me, and how much? AdhocScore analyzes the official announcements from German listed companies: ad-hoc notifications pursuant to Article 17 MAR (such as profit warnings, capital increases, acquisitions), directors' dealings, forecast changes, and quarterly figures. Each one is categorized for shareholders. The DAX, MDAX, SDAX, TecDAX, and the smaller companies are included. What you get: • Today: the day's most important announcements from the German market, routine ones already filtered out. Your own stocks are highlighted. • Your portfolio: for your companies, you can see what has been reviewed since your last visit, what was important, and which companies have remained silent. If nothing has happened, there will be no update. • A weekly review on Sundays: reviewed, important, and filtered. • Each analysis links to the original news item. You can read everything in detail.
