See who is working, which job they are on and how many hours they have worked. Job Hours helps individuals and small teams track attendance and prepare clear timesheets. Record clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks and absences. Review work hours by employee, day, month or job. Attendance tracking works offline. Turn your tablet into a shared time clock. Employees select their name, enter their personal PIN and clock in or out. An administrator PIN protects management access. Create reports without retyping your records. Choose employees and dates, check the preview and export to Excel, print a timesheet or save it as PDF. Customize breaks and appearance, and schedule backups to a folder you select. Attendance records are stored locally and are not automatically synchronized between devices. FREE PILOT: All features are free until the end of 31 December 2026 (Prague time), regardless of installation date. New entries then pause; reports and backups remain available. Continuing to add entries will require a follow-up update. We plan monthly and annual subscriptions in a future version. Prices and terms will be announced in advance; you will not be charged without your confirmation. This beta uses the Europe/Prague time zone. The app is not a payroll system. First Job Hours beta. Individual and team attendance, PIN-based tablet time clock, breaks, jobs, PDF and Excel reports, and scheduled backups. A fully functional free pilot until the end of 31 December 2026 (Prague time). Future subscriptions require user consent.
