Is your photo or signature being rejected by an online form? KB Fit helps you resize images to the file size in KB and the pixel dimensions your form requires for exam applications, job portals, visa forms and bank KYC submissions. Enter the requirements shown on your form, crop or rotate your photo if needed, and process it in a few taps. Your finished image is saved to your Gallery, ready to upload or share. WHAT YOU CAN SET • Maximum file size: Set a limit in KB, such as 20 KB, 50 KB, 100 KB or 200 KB. The result stays at or below your limit. • Pixel dimensions: Set the required width and height in pixels. • Both together: Apply file-size and pixel-dimension requirements at the same time, or set either one on its own. • Minimum file size: Set a minimum size when your form requires one. This option is available for JPG output. • Crop and rotate: Adjust your photo before processing. • Output format: Save as JPG, PNG or WEBP. PNG cannot be targeted to a specific file size, so KB Fit explains this and asks you to choose JPG or WEBP when needed. QUICK PRESETS Presets for common photo and signature sizes: • Passport photo: 200 × 230 pixels • Signature: 140 × 60 pixels • Square photo: 300 × 300 pixels • Portrait photo: 600 × 800 pixels KEEP YOUR PHOTO PROPORTIONS • Your photo is not stretched. • If your photo and the required dimensions have different shapes, the whole picture stays visible with a white, grey or black background of your choice. • If a requested size is not possible, KB Fit tells you why and shows the real numbers. It does not hand you an almost-right file. PRIVATE AND SIMPLE • Your photos are processed on your phone and never uploaded. • No account, sign-up or email required. • Image processing works offline. • Location and camera details are removed from the finished file. ANDROID COMPATIBILITY • Supports Android 7.0 and newer. • Opens JPG, PNG and WEBP photos. • HEIC photos are supported on Android 9 and newer, if your phone can open them. HOW IT WORKS 1.
