Attendance, daily reports and family messages for nursery staff
Kidsday for Staff brings attendance, planning, daily reports and family communication into one app, built for nursery and kindergarten teams. ATTENDANCE See every room at a glance. Check children in and out, record absences, and know who is present and who is still expected — without leaving the screen you started on. PLANNING THE DAY Build the day on one shared timeline: activities, meals, events, appointments and announcements. Describe what you need and AI will draft the plan, ready for you to adjust. DAILY REPORTS Record naps, meals, mood, toilet, hydration, outside time and health in a single tap, for one child or a whole room. Families follow the day as it happens rather than waiting for a summary at closing time. OBSERVATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT Rate developmental milestones as you observe them. AI turns those records into status updates and monthly development reports written in clear language for families, with suggested next steps. CHILD PROFILES Photos, documents, allergies, reports and observations held together on one profile, so a child's full record is always in one place. MESSAGING Reach families and colleagues through direct and group chats, with photos, files and voice notes. AI can correct your grammar or rephrase a message before you send it. BUILT FOR HOW CENTRES WORK Move between rooms, centres and roles without signing out. Available in 23 languages. Kidsday for Staff requires an account provided by a nursery or kindergarten that uses Kidsday. Please contact your administrator if you are unsure.
