Set mock GPS locations, move with a joystick, replay routes and save places.
Fake GPS is a mock location tool for Android location testing. Choose a point on the map, enter GPS coordinates or search for a place, then start a mock GPS session after following the built-in setup guide.
Control your movement
Use the joystick to adjust direction and speed. With the optional floating control and Android overlay permission, you can keep movement controls available while another app is open. Pause, resume or stop a session from the app.
Build and replay routes
Add waypoints on the map, set a playback speed and repeat a route. Movement follows straight segments between waypoints. Draw a polygon area to simulate movement within a selected region.
Keep your locations organized
Save places, routes and tracks in your library. Use folders to organize your sessions, import GPX files, export tracks and back up your saved data for transfer to another device.
Setup guidance
The guide explains how to enable Android developer options and select Fake GPS as the mock location app. A session requires this system setting. Floating controls require separate permission. Compatibility can vary with the device and the app receiving mock locations.
The interface supports 13 languages, including English, Korean, Japanese and Arabic. The app contains ads and offers an optional in-app purchase to remove ads.
