Retake control of your time and stop endless social scrolling.
Lesso - Less Social Media, More Life What are an extra two and a half hours a day worth to you? Social media is part of our daily routine. It helps us stay connected, inspired, and handle everyday tasks. But it is all too easy to get sucked into endless scrolling that wastes precious time and impacts our quality of life. Lesso is a practical tool designed to balance your social media use and put control back in your hands. How it works: Instead of blocking apps completely, Lesso creates deliberate, conscious pauses that break the automatic scrolling loop we all experience. Stop letting algorithms dictate your screen time. Download Lesso, take back control, and reclaim your time. Lesso uses Android's Accessibility Service solely to detect which social media app you've chosen to limit is currently open on your device, and to show a pause screen when your token time runs out. The service never reads or stores screen content from any other app, and is not used to record calls or bypass your device's privacy settings.
