iLMS IELTS 9.0 is a mobile CRM application for IELTS 9.0 test preparation center staff, enabling the consulting and customer service team to work anytime, anywhere. MAIN FEATURES • Dashboard: KPIs for new leads, ongoing consultations, appointments, and weekly revenue; 7-day charts and conversion funnels; tap KPIs/funnels to view lead lists instantly. • Lead Management: lists, filtering by status, searching; creating leads; lead details with status changes, scheduling appointments (with history), consultation notes with suggestions, and branch transfers. • Affiliate Management: a separate dashboard for referral sources — income, funnels, and lead lists. • Students: lists + filters (branch/course/status); student details including contact information, class, parent, and payment status. • Timekeeping: clock-in/clock-out based on server time, monthly timesheets and hour summaries, and the ability to fill in missed clock-in days. • Calling: Make calls via the device's calling app, automatically record call duration and status in the customer care log. • Multi-channel inbox: Zalo/Facebook/Web conversations in one place; automatically receive tasks from the queue; create leads, change status, and add notes directly in the chat. • Notifications: A shared list with web-based ringtones — read anywhere, updated on all devices; real-time push notifications. • Role-based permissions (employee / team leader / administrator). • Security: Hide phone numbers and amounts by default, only displaying them after password or biometric authentication; fingerprint/face recognition login (optional). • User guide directly in the app (previewable from the login screen). • Bilingual Vietnamese – English; choose between Light/Dark mode.
