Weather Alarm is an alarm clock whose ring time depends on the morning's weather. You write a short, ordered list of rules once: clear 07:30 rain 10:00 otherwise 09:00 Every morning, before it rings, the app checks the forecast for the hour you would be waking up and rings at the time that matches the sky you are actually going to get. A good morning is never wasted asleep, and a bad one is never wasted awake. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • The forecast is the screen. The background is tomorrow's sky, so you read the answer before you read a word. • It shows the decision, not just the result. You can see which rule won and which ones did not. • It never pretends to know. If the forecast cannot be reached, the app says so and rings at the fallback you chose — earliest possible time, or your "otherwise" time. Your call, made in advance. • It works offline. The forecast for the morning is fetched the evening before and kept, so a phone with no signal still wakes you at the right time. • Or it does not wake you at all. Leave the fallback empty and the alarm becomes "wake me only if it's clear" — every other morning stays quiet. No alarm, no snooze, no decision to make at 6am. LOUD ENOUGH FOR HEAVY SLEEPERS • The alarm loops until you dismiss it. It does not give up after thirty seconds, so you do not oversleep through it. • A full-screen ring over the lock screen, at nine tenths of full volume, with vibration. • The volume fades in over eight seconds instead of starting at full blast. Loud when it needs to be, not a heart attack from the first instant. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED • Exact alarms and a foreground service, so it rings even if the app has been closed. • Re-arms itself after a reboot. • The ring screen is deliberately plain: black, enormous digits, two big targets. At 07:00 legibility beats beauty. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • No account, no sign-up, no ads. Analytics is off unless you turn it on. • Approximate location only, taken while the app is open, and never in the background. Prefer not to share it at all?
