Create a free account with email or Google, verify your email, and sync plans and saved images across your devices. Build and refine your seating plan • Arrange tables and seats, draw rooms and walls, and add doors and room elements. • Add guests, attendance, notes, roles and color tags. Paste a guest list, import a CSV file or select contact names on Android. • Set seating rules for guests who should sit together, apart or next to each other. Review suggestions and unresolved rules before applying changes. • Check the layout for overlaps, blocked paths and missing seats. Adjust details manually and undo changes when needed. • Keep working offline. Changes sync when you reconnect. If the same plan changes on two devices, SeatHarmony lets you review the versions before choosing. More tools with Planner Plus Planner Plus is a monthly subscription. It removes the free plan, table, guest and room-element limits and adds catering preferences, event service providers and invitation links with a QR code. Review guest replies before updating your plan. PDF previews, PDF and CSV exports, printing, sharing and QR-image exports require active Planner Plus. AI tools use account credits; Planner Plus is optional. Planner Plus includes 50 AI credits per verified monthly billing period. Extra credits are available as repeatable one-time purchases. Review the maximum credit cost before sending and check each result before applying it. A completed analysis can use credits even if you apply no suggestion or it finds no usable change. Accounts and purchases Free account creation and plan sync are available in the mobile and web apps. Google Play purchases and purchase restoration are completed in the Android app. Sign in to your SeatHarmony account before buying or restoring a purchase. Planner Plus renews monthly until cancelled in Google Play. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel the store subscription. If Plus ends, free limits apply to new work and account plans keep syncing. Plans stored only on a device can be lost if app or browser data is cleared.
