In this release of the Parent & Pickup app we've added a "Self-Identification Photo" feature. Please add your picture, and ask other parents, guardians, or authorized pickups to add theirs via their mobile app account. This will help your childcare staff verify individuals during pickup.
Parent & Pickup App for use by Parents & Authorized Pickups
Early Learning Ventures Parent & Pickup Mobile App Is used by both parent/guardians of childcare providers, and non-parent/guardians, that are using Early Learning Venture's Alliance CORE system. The Parent & Pickup app allows parent(s) and guardian(s): - Approve Attendance - Communicate with your child’s Care Team, or administration staff - Receive alerts for Immunizations, Medical Evaluations, etc. - Receive/Read Provider to Parent messages - Report a child as absent - Request/Receive reporting - Maintain Emergency Contact/Authorized Pickups - Setup/ Maintain billing instructions - Setup/Maintain billing payment methods - Make electronic payments for childcare. For family members authorized to drop-off and pick-up children, Child Care Providers will often have a Kiosk running in the center or home that displays a QR Code. Simply use this app to scan that QR Code, and check-in or pick-up is a snap.
