Arithmetic practice in an endless runner
Equation Run is an endless runner with one twist: your ammo runs out, and mental arithmetic is how you reload. Your character runs on their own. You jump, collect coins, and shoot the enemies blocking the path. But your magazine only holds five rounds, and enemies cannot be jumped over — they have to be shot. So the moment your last round is gone, an equation appears with three possible answers and five seconds on the clock. Get it right and you reload instantly and keep running. Get it wrong, or let the timer run out, and it costs you one of your three lives. Lose your last life and the run is over. That single rule is what makes the game work. The maths is never a side activity or a quiz between levels — it is the reload, and it arrives exactly when you are under the most pressure. How It Plays - One thumb, two actions: tap to jump, tap to shoot - A five-round magazine, so equations arrive often - Three answer choices, five seconds, no second attempt - Difficulty rises with your score: addition and subtraction to start, multiplication as you get further - Whole numbers only — no fractions, no decimals - Collect coins during a run and spend them to unlock new worlds - Three lives per run, and a high score to beat Worlds - Fantasy — playable from the start - Industrial — unlock for 100 coins you earn by playing No Ads, No Purchases Equation Run has no advertising of any kind, no in-app purchases, and no accounts. Coins are only ever earned by playing — there is nothing to buy and nothing to pay for. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party code in the app. The game does not request the Android internet permission at all, which means it is not permitted to open a network connection. It works completely offline, on a plane, or in airplane mode. Your progress — high score, coins, unlocked worlds and sound settings — is saved only on your own device, and clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes everything. Who It Is For Anyone who wants arithmetic practice that does not feel like a worksheet. Children building fluency with sums and times tables, adults keeping mental maths sharp, and anyone who likes a runner that asks something of them beyond reflexes. No sign-up. No connection. Just run, shoot, and do the maths.
