Expanse Entry

Expanse Entry is the field-services app for Expanse Electrical crews. It is an internal company application. You need an Expanse Electrical work account to sign in — there is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without one. Technicians open the job forms assigned to them, complete them on site, attach photographic evidence and a signature, and submit — with everything queued locally and synced when a connection returns, so a job is never lost to a dead spot. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Open and complete assigned job forms, including asset inspections • Attach photos of a site, asset or defect straight from the camera or your library • Attach supporting documents from your device • Capture a signature to close out a job • Stamp the coordinates of the site or asset you are recording • Work fully offline — submissions queue and sync automatically • Track the status of what you have submitted • Review and approve submissions, if your role allows it BUILT FOR THE FIELD Work rarely happens where the signal is good. Expanse Entry is offline-first: it keeps working in a basement, a mechanical room, or on a rural site, then syncs when it can. The app shows clearly what is saved on the device and what has been delivered, so there is never a question of whether a record made it. FOR THE OFFICE Submitted records reach the back office with job details, attachments and approvals attached, so project managers and administrators can review and act on them without chasing paperwork. ACCESS Expanse Entry requires an Expanse Electrical work account. It is intended for employees and authorized contractors; it is not a general-purpose consumer app. Sign-in uses your organization's Microsoft Entra ID account, including any single sign-on and multi-factor policy your organization applies. PRIVACY Location is read only while you are filling in a form, to stamp the coordinates of the site being recorded. It is never collected in the background.
