Home inventory and asset tracker for everything you own – no account, no server. Your data stays on your phone. Know what you own, where it is, who borrowed it and when the warranty expires. ITEMS 2 keeps everything in one place: photo, price, receipt, serial number and the full history of every item. WHY ITEMS 2 • No account, no server: nothing is sent anywhere, the app works offline and your data is yours. • Sharing with family and friends: share your whole inventory or just part of it (the cabin, the garage) via Microsoft OneDrive. Others can edit too – changes are merged automatically and you see who changed what. Sync between your own devices via Google Drive. • Stocktaking: walk around, check off what you find and save a PDF report. Your stocktaking history stays in the app. • QR labels: print labels for rooms, shelves or boxes, scan them in the app or with your phone's camera and instantly see what is where. • Reminders: maintenance dates, expiring warranties and loans – as notifications and directly in the app. • Backups: everything, including photos, in a single file. Restore it, merge it with another backup, export and import CSV for Excel. ORGANIZE IT YOUR WAY • Your own categories and subcategories, locations and sublocations, owners and users. Statuses: in place, lent, borrowed, wish, archived – or add your own. • Custom fields (text, number, date, link), tags, PDF attachments (receipts, warranty cards), unlimited photos per item. • Prices in 32 currencies, also as quantity × unit price (say 2.5 yards of fabric), filter by currency, the total value of your assets – handy for insurance. • Item log: dated entries for repairs, maintenance or a battery swap. Loans and returns are logged automatically. • Item layout: hide the sections you don't need and put the rest in the order you like. • Bulk editing: move, re-categorize or change the status and dates of many items at once. Duplicate check with merging. • Four view modes, 11 sort orders, saved filters (also by purchase date, warranty expiration or date added), full-text search that ignores accents, dark mode, biometric app lock, tablet support with a two-column layout.
