Phone stuck in headphone mode? Force sound to the speaker in one tap.
Phone stuck in headphone mode? No sound from the speaker even though nothing is plugged in? Fix Speaker forces your audio back to the loudspeaker in one tap. A faulty headphone jack, moisture, or a software glitch can make Android keep detecting a headset that is not there. The headphone icon stays on, calls and sounds go nowhere, and the speaker stays silent. Fix Speaker switches the output back to the speaker so you can hear again. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Set audio to the speaker with one tap - Reset to the normal audio output at any time - See what your phone currently detects: speaker, wired headset, USB or Bluetooth - Control everything from the notification while the app runs in the background - Play a test sound to check that the speaker works WHEN TO USE IT - No sound from the phone speaker - Phone stuck in headphone or earphone mode - Headphone icon stays on after unplugging - Wet or damaged headphone jack detecting a phantom headset - You want to quickly send audio to the speaker HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap "Set to Speaker" to send audio to the loudspeaker. 2. Use the notification buttons to switch without reopening the app. 3. Tap "Reset to Default" to return to normal audio, or "Stop & Close" to finish. GOOD TO KNOW - Works on all Android versions. On Android 12 and newer there may be occasional glitches. If the sound switches back, just tap "Set to Speaker" again. - The app changes your phone's audio output for calls and sounds. It cannot override audio that another app sends to a connected Bluetooth or wired device. - Allow notifications so the controls appear in your notification shade. STILL NO SOUND? TRY THIS - Unplug everything and clean the headphone jack or USB-C port. - Turn Bluetooth off, then back on. - Restart your phone. - Check the volume and that Do Not Disturb is off. - If the problem stays, the jack may be damaged and need repair. Free, simple, and quick. Download Fix Speaker and get your phone's sound back in seconds.
