MYMCO: Your Mountain World

Find the right people for your next mountain adventure. MYMCO helps climbers, mountaineers, hikers and trekkers build their Mountain Profile, find compatible outdoor partners and plan what’s next. Because in the mountains, who you go with matters as much as where you go. Build your Mountain Profile Bring your mountain experience into one place. Add your skills, experience, past climbs, goals and wishlist to create a profile that shows who you are in the mountains — and where you want to go next. Find compatible partners Discover people based on more than location or availability. MYMCO helps you find partners who align with your experience, skills, ambitions, fitness, timing and goals. Plan what’s next Create activities, choose where and when you want to go, find people interested in the same plans and start planning together. Build your mountain network MYMCO isn’t just about finding someone for one climb. Build a trusted network of people you can climb, hike, train, travel and dream with over time. Why MYMCO If you’ve ever posted in a Facebook group, scrolled through endless threads, or replied to random partner posts hoping someone reliable shows up, you know how messy it can be. Finding the right partner shouldn’t depend on luck, but on alignment. MYMCO brings clarity, trust, and connection to the way mountain people meet and plan together. How it works Define who you are, what are your ambitions, and we’ll handle the rest. The more you share, the better our algorithm understands you and what you’re looking for. 1. Create your profile Share your interests, experience, goals, portfolio, wishlist peaks/regions etc. 2. Set a destination and timeframe Choose where and when you want to go next — from a nearby weekend trip to a future expedition. By default, MYMCO is global, so you can connect with people worldwide, but you can narrow down to a specific area and time window. 3. Get compatibility-based matches See suggested partners ranked by how well your profiles align, not by proximity alone. Those who share your timing, ambitions, and energy appear higher in your list. As you update your profile, your suggestions adjust too. 4. Connect & plan together Send connection requests, chat, and start planning your next climb or trip directly in the app. Build trust before you even rope up. Key Features 1. Detailed profiles for trust and transparency 2. Personal climbing portfolio 3. Compatibility-based partner suggestions 4. Global and location-specific matching 5. Smart availability and ambition system 6. In-app chat and trip-planning tool 7. A trust-driven community built by mountain enthusiasts What makes MYMCO different 1. No more posting to strangers. No noise, no guessing. Just transparency and meaningful compatibility-based matches. 2. Global by default. You can meet people worldwide anytime or narrow down to a region and timeframe to grow your network prior to travel. 3. Compatibility over availability. Our algorithm prioritizes fit - experience, style, past climbs, goals and aspirations, not just who’s free. Our Vision MYMCO was born in the mountains - an idea that sparked on a Mont Blanc descent in 2023 and turned into a mission: to make finding the right partners safer, smarter, and more human, because going out there with people you click with has so much more to it than just going out there with people who happen to be available. Our goal is simple: to build a trusted, global mountain community - one partnership, one climb, one story at a time. But the connection? For years. Whether you’re chasing summits, training for your next big route, or just looking for people who share your passion with, MYMCO helps you find your company - your mountain company.
