Smart naps, calming sounds, lighter mornings and sleep scores. No wearable.

A 20-minute nap should mean 20 minutes asleep.
A regular timer starts when you tap Start. Naptime estimates when you fall asleep from movement sensed by your phone, then starts the nap countdown. Place the phone face-up on the mattress near you, without it touching your body. No watch or other wearable is needed.
SMART NAPS
• Choose how long you want to sleep. Time spent settling in does not use up your nap.
• Set a latest wake-up time so the alarm still rings by your deadline.
CALMING SOUNDS
Choose a soundscape for a nap or at bedtime: a forest at dusk, a rainy lake, a mountain hut or a moonlit shore. Set how long it plays, then let it stop automatically while you rest.
SMART WAKE FOR NIGHTS
Smart Wake can look for movement associated with lighter sleep within a window before your chosen wake-up time. If no suitable moment is detected, your set time remains the final alarm. This is an estimate from movement, not a measurement of sleep stages.
SLEEP SCORE & HISTORY
After a nap or a night of sleep, see a score that brings together sleep duration, efficiency, interruptions and, if you add one, your own rating. Compare scores and sleep trends in History to better understand your rest.
Add tags such as coffee, exercise or noise to explore which conditions are associated with better or worse sleep. These patterns are clues, not proof of cause and effect.
BUILT FOR EVERYDAY REST
Track naps and nighttime sleep in one place, or use a regular alarm when you simply need to wake at a set time. The dark interface stays unobtrusive while you settle in. No account is required.
