ProTime is for independent professionals who bill for their time: lawyers, tax and accounting professionals, coaches, architects, therapists and consultants. THE WORDS OF YOUR TRADE Pick your profession once and the app relabels itself: lawyers see "Cases" and "Court fees", architects see "Projects", therapists see "Clients" and "Sessions". ONE-TAP TIMER • Today opens on your most recent case — one tap and the clock runs. • See today's billable time and earnings at a glance. • Bill by the hour, or by the session: each session is billed in full and its length is still recorded. EXPENSES AND WHAT'S OWED • Log fees and costs you paid for the client, with a receipt. • A live running total: hours or sessions, expenses, paid so far, still due. PAYMENT REQUESTS WITH A QR CODE • Generates a VietQR code with the amount and reference filled in, or adds your payment link or bank details. • Send it through any messaging or email app on your phone. • Track every case: Not sent → Awaiting payment → Paid. Mark paid in one tap, with undo. • Work logged after a payment is billed on its own — never charged twice. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account needed. Your clients, hours, expenses and payment requests stay on your device. FREE PLAN AND PROTIME PRO The free plan keeps 3 cases open at a time (fully paid ones do not count) and shows ads. Ads never appear on a payment request or its QR code. ProTime Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription: unlimited cases, no ads, and payment requests without the "Sent from ProTime" line. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings.
