Buzzarium is a puzzle game built around a real field guide to bees. Scientists have described 21,993 bee species, and 3,642 of them are illustrated in Buzzarium and waiting for you to find them.
A FIELD GUIDE YOU FILL BY PLAYING
Every bee in your Beedex is a real species. Its card shows its family, where it lives, what it pollinates, how it nests and its conservation status, drawn from GBIF records, Wikipedia and IUCN Red List / NatureServe assessments, with the sources listed on the card. Find Franklin's bumble bee, the Blue Orchard Mason Bee or a metallic green sweat bee, and learn what makes each one different.
YOUR BEES PLAY WITH YOU
Any bee you collect can join you in a level. Its real family sets its power: bumble bees start a Frenzy, leafcutters snip out a whole column, long-horned bees buy you extra time. Each bee helps for three levels a day and then rests; the Western Honey Bee is always ready.
PUZZLES ON A HONEYCOMB
Swap pieces or drag chains across a six-sided board in 454 levels across 46 habitats, from Tide Pools and Pine Barrens to Aurora Tundra and the Harvest Festival. Each habitat has a twist of its own: frost, fog, wind, vines, buried sand, flowing creeks and padlocked pieces.
A BOSS AT THE END OF EVERY HABITAT
Face insects from the real world, like the Pine Sawfly, Varroa Mite, June Beetle and Tarantula Hawk. Read each boss's weakness and plan your moves around its attacks.
SEND BEES SCOUTING
Send bees on expeditions to meadows, deserts and cloud forests; they come back with new species for your Beedex.
BONUS PUZZLES
Earn Honey Jar rounds and Nest Drop logic puzzles, where you guide bees home to their nests.
Play as a guest with no sign-up. Coins and boosters can be earned through play or bought with optional in-app purchases.
