EDM Solutions Staffing connects healthcare workers and participating facilities with EDM Solutions LLC. FOR WORKERS • Browse available shifts and review posted pay rates, times and locations. • Upload required onboarding documents and follow their review status. • Find the Orientation section and submit your completed responses for EDM review. • Manage your schedule, record attendance and follow timesheet review status. • Communicate with facilities and receive account and staffing notifications. • Open My Patriot from Employee Payroll to access your separate Patriot account. First-time access uses the invitation provided by EDM Payroll. FOR FACILITIES • Post staffing needs for one date, repeating weekdays or selected dates. • Review Worker pay, the EDM service fee and the Facility hourly total before posting, under your approved pricing arrangement. • Manage staffing requests, review attendance and hours, and access Facility billing tools. GETTING STARTED Downloading the app does not activate an employee account. If EDM sent you an employee setup invitation, complete that invitation, then choose Worker and sign in with the same email address. If you already have an EDM account, sign in rather than creating a duplicate. Workers can browse available shifts while completing onboarding. Picking up a shift requires EDM account approval, the required documents and agreements, and role and assignment eligibility. Submitting a document is separate from approval for placement. Facility posting requires an active EDM pricing arrangement and completed billing setup. Shift availability varies by role and location; downloading the app does not guarantee an assignment. PAYROLL AND FACILITY BILLING EDM uses a W-2 employee payroll workflow. Recording attendance or approving hours does not confirm that an employee has been paid. Facility billing and payments to EDM are separate from EDM's employee payroll process. My Patriot opens the external employee payroll portal for pay statements and tax documents; EDM does not currently synchronize hours or payment status automatically with Patriot. Text-message updates are optional. Notification delivery depends on your device settings and service availability. EDM Solutions LLC is a separate legal entity owned by El Shaddai Christian Center, Inc.
