Terenco – Work Orders

Terenco is a work order app for companies with field teams — HVAC and appliance service, installers, electricians, maintenance crews and similar trades. The owner or manager creates a job and sends it to a technician. The technician gets it on the phone, accepts it, goes to the client, does the job and submits it for approval. Everything stays recorded in one place — no chat threads, paper or memory. FOR TECHNICIANS • Jobs arrive on the phone with a notification • Client address with one-tap navigation • Before/after photos, faults and equipment • Items from the company price list and work notes • On-site payment (cash or card) • Client signature with a finger • Works on weak signal: photos are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection returns FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS • Create a job in seconds, urgent jobs marked red • Who is where, what is in progress, what is late, what awaits approval • Approve or send back for rework with a reason • Clients, service and material catalog, technicians and permissions • Reports: technician performance, paid and unpaid • Work summary for the client (PDF) SECURITY Each company sees only its own data.
