Routine advisories appear in the app but never buzz your phone. If everything interrupts you, then the warning that could save your life gets ignored along with the rest. I am here to minimize the cry-wolf mentality. WHEN THE SIRENS GO OFF, THEY DON'T TELL YOU WHY A tornado on the ground, a radar signature that may never become one, or hail three towns over setting off half the county — they all sound exactly the same. This app tells you which. When tornado sirens are activated, I tell you why.
