Farm Work Ledger is made for farm service operators who work other people's fields with tractors, combines, harvesters, and other equipment. Keep a practical farm work ledger for every job, from the field details and customer charge to fuel costs, payments, and the remaining balance. Record each job with the details you need Save the date, customer, job type, equipment, field or location, and a note together. Choose whether you charge by the hour, by area, or by trip. Enter the quantity and rate to calculate the job charge. For hourly work, enter hours and minutes or select start and end times; overnight work time is calculated too. Add fuel as your own operating cost, separate from the customer's bill, so you can see billed work minus fuel as net earnings. Select an area unit that fits your work, including acres, hectares, or square meters. Spend less time re-entering rates When you add a job, Farm Work Ledger can use a similar past job to prefill its charge method, rate, area unit, and equipment based on the customer and job type. Enter the new job's quantity and fuel cost separately. You can open saved job records later to edit or delete them. Keep every customer account clear Find customers by name or phone number, and keep an optional location or note with their details. Add a payment or advance with its date, amount, and note. The customer ledger brings jobs and payments together in date order, shows the balance due or remaining advance, and keeps the payment history easy to review. Share a text account statement through the sharing apps on your phone. Use Farm Work Ledger to keep the customer ledger connected to the work that was done. See earnings across jobs and equipment The home screen summarizes this month's billed work, fuel cost, net earnings, payments received, hours worked, total customer balances, and recent jobs. In Farm Work Ledger statistics, choose this month, last month, this year, or a custom date range. Filter by multiple equipment items or job types, then compare billed totals, job counts, work hours, and the breakdown by job type or equipment. Set up the ledger for your operation Add equipment and rename or remove it as your fleet changes. Choose a currency and your preferred area unit. Your ledger is saved on your device, with optional manual backup to Google Drive and restore when needed. The app is available in English, Hindi, and Korean. A one-time optional purchase removes ads.
