Orderera for Delivery Drivers is the work app for delivery drivers registered on the Orderera platform. From the app, you receive delivery requests near you, accept the ones that suit you, and track the journey step by step from the store to the customer's door. ■ Accept orders with ease - Instant notification for every new order near you, including the distance and return before you accept. - Accept or reject with one tap — no calls or WhatsApp groups. - "Available/Unavailable" status is under your control and will automatically turn off if you forget. ■ The entire journey in one screen - A live map showing you the store, the customer, and the route between them. - Clear steps: On the way to the store → Received → On the way to the customer → Delivered. - A receipt code from the store and a delivery code from the customer, so no one can deny that the order was delivered. - Order details, address, and customer number all in one place. ■ Seamless Communication - Direct chat with the store and customer within the app. - One-tap call when chat isn't working. - Distinctive sound notifications so you never miss an order while driving. ■ Your Earnings Clear - Real-time counter for daily, weekly, and monthly earnings. - Detailed log of every transaction on your balance—add or subtract—with date and reason. - Your performance statistics: number of orders, acceptance rate, and your rating. ■ Work Smart - Active zones map showing you where there's high demand right now. - Simple daily summary showing your completed and remaining tasks. - The app is designed in Arabic, right-to-left, with a dark interface that's easy on your eyes at night. ■ Registration - The app is for authorized delivery drivers. Submit a membership application within the app with your information and vehicle details. After review and approval, you can start receiving orders. You can delete your account from within the app at any time by going to: Account → Delete Account. ■ Location Access The app needs access to your location — including background access ("Allow all the time") — to keep sending your location to the store and the customer while they are placing an order, even if the screen is locked or you are using another maps app. Otherwise, location services stop a few seconds after you close the app, and the customer will see you standing still. Location services are only recorded when you are available or placing an order, and they stop completely as soon as you finish or exit availability mode.
