Raise a complaint or request a replacement from the order page CONSULT A DOCTOR ON VIDEO • Choose a doctor by speciality and read ratings from other patients • Book a time that suits you, or use Quick Consultation to be connected to an available doctor • Receive your prescription in the app after the call • Medicines your doctor prescribes are added to your cart, ready to order • Get a free follow-up with the same doctor within 3 days of your consultation BOOK LAB TESTS • Browse lab tests and book in a few taps • Sample collection at your home • View your report in the app once the lab issues it ASK THE HEALTH ASSISTANT • Type or speak your question and get general health information • The assistant can suggest the kind of doctor to consult • It offers general information only and is not a diagnosis IN YOUR LANGUAGE Use the app in English, Malayalam or Hindi.
