Completing exercises is smoother: quick complete works for more programs, a new screen marks finishing all your exercises, and you can give session feedback from the home screen. Videos have a refreshed player. We also fixed the app closing when opening email or notification settings, PDFs not opening on some devices, the dialer not opening in intake emergencies, and other small issues.
The Vita Health app lets you download your exercise program to your phone/tablet
The Vita Health app lets you download your Vita Health home exercise program to your smartphone or tablet. You can see the exercises which have been prescribed to you in high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. With “Vita Health” you can securely report symptoms to your physiotherapist while performing the daily exercises from the App. Your Physiotherapist can monitor your feedback to make sure you are progressing as planned and intervene when you need some additional support.
