PoolBoss: Pool Service Route

PoolBoss is an app for pool service companies. An owner can create the company in the app, add customers and pools, and put pools on a route. Technicians are invited by email from PoolBoss on the web and sign in with that account. TODAY'S ROUTE Your stops in driving order, with the customer, the address, the gate code and the office's access notes. Tap Start my day, then open the next stop. Tap Navigate to open the address in your maps app. AT THE POOL Each stop shows the pool's size in gallons, sanitizer, surface and the office's notes. Log free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, water temperature, and salt on salt pools. PoolBoss shows a warning before you save a reading outside the normal range. Record the chemicals you added, complete your company's checklist, and take before and after photos. PROBLEMS AT A STOP If you cannot get in, skip the stop and pick a reason. If something is broken, report a problem with a note. The office's reply shows in the app. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL With no signal, visits, readings and photos are saved on the phone. They send when the signal comes back. FOR THE OWNER AND THE OFFICE See the team's stops for the day, schedule a visit, and write a quote or an invoice at the stop. The customer can pay by card on your phone or from the link you send, once your company has card payments set up. HISTORY AND NOTIFICATIONS See finished visits and the readings logged. Get a notification when the office gives you a new route or moves a visit to another day. Reports and other office work are in PoolBoss on the web.
