The Virtual Concierge Task Force is the resident's app. It brings together, in one place, everything you need to resolve in the day-to-day running of the condominium — without depending on a call to the concierge. OPEN GATES FROM YOUR CELL PHONE Open pedestrian and vehicle gates directly from the app, with real-time confirmation: the opening is only signaled after the equipment responds. Doors configured by the condominium may require you to be nearby, preventing accidental openings from a distance. VISITORS AND VIRTUAL KEY Register your visitors in advance and send the Virtual Key to the visitor to enter without waiting at the concierge. Track the history of who has been to your unit. RESERVE COMMON AREAS Check available locations, choose a date and time, accept the terms of use, and track your reservations. Inform guests when required by the condominium. CONDOMINIUM COMMUNICATION Receive announcements and notifications, read documents such as minutes, regulations, and bylaws, and participate in voting. ORDERS AND INCIDENTS Know when an order arrives for you and register incidents with photos for the administration to track. Request maintenance and monitor its progress. CAMERAS AND ACCESS Watch the cameras enabled by your building and check the access history of your unit. YOUR REGISTRATION Keep your data and photo updated and log in with biometrics after your first access. FOR BUILDING MANAGERS If you are a building manager, the app also opens the management area: residents, groups for sending and publishing announcements, documents, and votes. IMPORTANT This application only works for residents of buildings served by the Virtual Concierge Task Force. Access is done with the email and password provided by your building's administration — it is not possible to create an account through the app. Location is only used when you activate a gate, to validate the distance required by the building.
