Offline stock pledge inspection reports for bank field officers.
Stock Pledge Inspection is a complete offline field-inspection toolkit built for bank credit administration and field officers conducting warehouse (godown) stock-pledge inspections. KEY FEATURES 📋 Complete Digital Inspection Workflow Guided step-by-step inspection covering customer & site details, godown structural checklist, Mucaddum/Godown Keeper verification, stock details, fumigation records, and inspector remarks — all customizable from Settings. 📷 GPS-Verified, Watermarked Photography Every photo captured with the in-app camera is automatically stamped with GPS coordinates, accuracy, timestamp, and inspector details — proving the inspector was physically on-site. Gallery-imported images are clearly and permanently marked as non-live, so reviewers always know which photos were taken live versus uploaded afterward. 👷 Godown Keeper Directory & Ratings Maintain a searchable directory of Godown Keepers by name or CNIC, track their visit history and performance across multiple Mucaddum companies, flag blacklisted keepers, and generate a complete history report per keeper. 📦 Detailed Stock & Approval Tracking Record stock placement, condition, fumigation status, and bank-approval classification (Effective / Open / Shared) with full compliance confirmations — including automatic flagging when a Mucaddum represents another bank at the same site. 📝 Professional PDF Reports Generate clean, bank-ready PDF inspection reports with embedded photographs, signatures, and a full audit trail — ready to share via WhatsApp, email, or any app on the device. 🔒 Secure & Private Optional PIN and biometric app lock protects sensitive inspection data. All data stays on the device by default — nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you choose to share or back it up yourself. ☁️ Manual Backup & Restore Back up all reports, photos, and PDFs to Google Drive (or any storage location) with one tap, and restore them on a new device whenever needed. 🌐 Fully Offline-First Built for field conditions with no internet — GPS capture, report generation, and PDF creation all work without a connection. Optional address lookup is used only when internet is available. Designed for accuracy, accountability, and speed — so field officers can spend less time on paperwork and more time on the ground.
