VIA is an app for operators and administrators who manage port and terminal appointments. Use VIA to view your appointments, navigate to the terminal, report arrival and trip completion, and talk to the built-in AI voice assistant while you are on the road. Live tracking helps your team see your position while a trip is active. VIA is built for professional use. You need an account from your agency or Puerto VIA to sign in. APPOINTMENTS AND TRIPS • See today’s appointments, upcoming jobs, and history • Start navigation to your assigned terminal • Report arrival and complete the trip • Resume an active trip if you leave the app mid-route AI VOICE ASSISTANT • Talk to the built-in voice assistant for real-time operational help • Built for operators on the road: ask questions and get spoken answers • Conversations are processed securely on Puerto VIA servers • Requires microphone access to listen and respond MAPS AND LOCATION • Map route to the terminal • Your position updates while you are on a trip • Live tracking is shared with authorized people in your organization INCIDENTS • SOS button to report an emergency or incident to operations ADMINISTRATION • Administrators can review reported incidents LANGUAGES Spanish and English.
