First release of Photo Vault: a private, offline photo and video vault with no ads, no account and no Internet permission.
No ads, no internet, no account. Hide photos & videos in an encrypted vault.
Photo Vault is a private gallery for the photos and videos you'd rather keep to yourself. It has no ads, needs no account, and works completely offline. The app doesn't even have the Internet permission, so it can't upload anything. WHY PHOTO VAULT IS DIFFERENT • No ads, no analytics and no tracking • No Internet permission: your photos and videos never leave your phone through this app • No account or sign-up • Encrypted on your device with Android Keystore and Google Tink (AES-256-GCM) HIDE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FROM YOUR GALLERY Import pictures and videos with the Android file picker. Each one is encrypted, then read back and checked before it counts as saved. After a verified import you can choose to remove the original from your Gallery, so private photos stop showing up there. Nothing is removed unless you confirm it. LOCKED WITH YOUR PIN • 4-digit PIN, with optional fingerprint unlock • Locks when you leave the app and whenever the screen turns off • Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app, and Recent Apps shows a blank preview • Three recovery questions let you reset a forgotten PIN without losing your photos A CALM, SIMPLE GALLERY • Photo viewer with swipe and pinch to zoom • Built-in video player; no unencrypted copies are written for playback • Albums, favourites, search by name, and sorting and filters • Trash with restore, so a mistaken delete isn't final • Export copies back to your Gallery whenever you want HONEST ABOUT LIMITS Photo Vault has no cloud backup. The vault lives only on this phone, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the phone removes it. Export anything irreplaceable to a place you trust. Photo Vault is a photo locker and private album for Android 8.0 and newer. Keep your personal photos and videos private, on your own phone.
