EMF detector & EMF meter with simulated Geiger counter clicks and field radar
EMF Detector & Geiger Counter turns your phone's magnetometer into a real-time EMF meter and magnetic field detector. Measure the electromagnetic field around electrical devices, wiring and metal objects, read the X, Y and Z axes, and hear Geiger-style clicks that react to every change in the field. Honest by design: looking for a radiation detector? Phones have no sensor for ionizing radiation, so this app does not measure nuclear, X-ray, UV or infrared radiation. Geiger mode is a simulated Geiger counter driven by magnetic field changes, made for learning and fun. All EMF detector readings come from your phone's real sensor. ★ EMF DETECTOR & EMF METER • Magnetic field B in microtesla (µT), milligauss (mG) and Gauss (G) • Auxiliary field H in ampere per meter (A/m) • Classic EMF meter with needle, or digital display with LED bar • X, Y and Z axis readings, plus min and max for the session • Hold a reading or set a baseline to see exactly how much the field changes • Warning beep and vibration when a strong electromagnetic field passes your alert level ★ RECORDER • Record live X, Y, Z, B and H data and save it as a text file for later use on a computer • No storage permission needed: you choose where the file is saved ★ GEIGER COUNTER MODE (SIMULATED) • Classic Geiger counter gauge in pulses per minute • Geiger-style clicks and a live pulse trace • Total and peak counts for every session ★ FIELD RADAR • Hold your phone flat and turn slowly: the radar points toward the strongest magnetic field nearby • Find magnets, speakers, chargers and other magnetic sources around you ★ GRAPHS & SESSION LOG • Graph the field and the X, Y and Z axes over 10, 30 or 60 seconds, with min, average and max • Save EMF and Geiger sessions and export your log as CSV • Sessions stay on your phone, no account needed ★ SENSOR CALIBRATION • Guided figure-eight calibration with live sensor accuracy (Low, Medium, High) ★ MORE TOOLS • Metal finder that reacts to nearby magnetic metals • Sound meter in decibels • EVP recorder and spirit words: a ghost detector for entertainment only ★ ALSO INCLUDED • Keep screen on button • Sensor readings work without internet • Available in 13 languages HOW TO USE THE EMF DETECTOR 1. Open EMF and set a baseline away from electronics. 2. Move your phone slowly toward a device, wall or object. 3. Watch the needle or reading rise, then open Field Radar to find the direction of the strongest field. WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN The Earth's magnetic field is about 25–65 µT (0.25–0.65 G). Chargers, speakers and appliances add more up close, and magnets push readings well above 100 µT. Most phone magnetometers react to fields within a few centimetres up to about 20 cm, so accuracy depends on your device's sensor. DISCLAIMER EMF Detector & Geiger Counter needs a phone with a magnetometer (magnetic field sensor). It is not a radiation safety device and cannot detect ionizing radiation, hidden cameras or microphones. Ghost detector features are for entertainment. Keep your phone away from very strong magnets and high-voltage equipment.
