Check in once a day. See your patterns and how fast you bounce back.
You know how you felt. You don't know why.
Reflect Mind is a daily check-in and journal that looks for the patterns you can't see from inside them: what tends to lift your days, what tends to drain them, and how long it usually takes you to come back after a harder one.
Check in once a day
Pick one of five moods, tap a few tags (work, family, sleep, exercise and more) and add a thought if you have one. It takes about thirty seconds. Each check-in gets a short AI reflection and one small suggestion.
A journal that asks good questions
Write as much or as little as you like. When you want another angle, the AI can go deeper, offer a different perspective or summarise what you wrote. Keep the reflections that are useful and dismiss the rest.
A coach to think out loud with
Talk something through with the AI coach whenever you need to: a hard conversation, a busy week, a decision you keep putting off.
Your recovery time
Everyone has harder days. Reflect Mind measures how long it tends to take you to get back to your usual range afterwards, using only your own check-ins. Alongside it: your mood over time, and the tag that shows the strongest link to your mood.
Commit to 30 days
Hold the button to commit to thirty days of showing up. The commitment is to checking in, not to feeling any particular way.
Milestones for showing up
22 milestones for check-ins, writing, gratitude, breathing and reflection. They mark what you do, never how a day felt.
Also in the app
- Three good things: a short daily gratitude list
- Guided breathing for a minute or two of quiet
- AI day planner
- Daily check-in reminders
- Backup and export to JSON or CSV, and import on a new phone
Your data
No account and no sign-up. Your entries are stored on your phone. When you use an AI feature, the text for that request is sent off your phone to produce the response. Full details: reflectmindai.com/privacy-policy-mobile

What it isn't
Reflect Mind isn't therapy, a medical device or a crisis service, and it doesn't diagnose anything. If something serious comes up, the app will point you to real support.
Patterns take about two weeks of check-ins to mean much. If you want something that changes your afternoon, this isn't it. If you want to understand your own weeks better, it might be.
