Pdam is an AI operations platform designed for franchise headquarters. It connects tasks previously managed separately by department—such as sales, store openings, store inspections, logistics, and marketing—into a single dataset. You can view the same screen on your mobile phone and process tasks immediately, even when you are outside the office. ■ Today's Tasks at a Glance · Upon arrival at work, pending approvals, overdue work requests, today's schedule, and new messages are organized and displayed on a single screen. · You can also check your clock-in/clock-out records and this week's working hours directly within the app. ■ Operational AI Reports · AI analyzes key metrics such as QSCV scores, customer service inquiries, and corrective action completion rates every month to generate reports. · You can check year-over-year changes and store-specific reports, listen to AI briefings, or save the reports as PDFs. ■ AI Content Studio · AI creates images and videos for brand social media posts. · It proceeds sequentially from embedding media and writing posts to publishing them on channels. ■ Commercial Area Management and Regional Analysis · You can view stores that are currently under consultation, under contract, preparing for opening, or in operation using pins on a map. · Review traffic, schools, population, households, business types, and rent data for a 2km radius around potential store locations all at once, and organize them into an AI report. ■ Store Opening Management · Manage new store opening preparations—from interior design and kitchen equipment delivery to staff recruitment, hygiene training, signage installation, POS setup, and tasting events—using a checklist. · Add necessary items for each store and monitor progress together. ■ QSCV Inspection and Corrective Actions · Record store inspection results immediately on-site. · Attach photos to corrective actions, set deadlines and priorities, and request action from the store. ■ Logistics Progress Board · Check the outbound status for each store, from order cutoff to loading and dispatch, using a Kanban board. · View logistics centers, stores, item counts, and dispatch status on a single card. ■ Suitable for: · Franchise headquarters employees managing multiple franchise locations · Supervisors inspecting stores · Sales and development personnel responsible for store openings · Executives who need to quickly grasp the overall status of the stores ■ User Guide The Fdam app is intended for employees of franchise headquarters that have adopted Fdam.
