This app is intended for authorized Reliable Equipment employees only. The Reliable Equipment Field Sales App is an internal mobile tool designed for outside sales representatives to manage their daily field operations from their phone. Sales reps can instantly access assigned customer accounts synced from our system, view full account details, contacts, and shipping and billing addresses, and browse complete interaction history in one place. The built-in planner lets reps schedule and manage customer visits and calls with configurable reminders — get notified before upcoming meetings and receive follow-up prompts so no customer interaction is missed. Visit notes can be logged on the go, automatically organized by customer and date, and included in weekly reports sent to management. The repair management module allows reps to create and track tool repair records, capture tag numbers, photos, and shipping labels, and automatically generate and email repair quote PDFs to customers and the internal team. A map view displays all assigned customer locations, and the route optimization feature helps reps plan efficient multi-stop travel days with direct Google Maps navigation. Smart push notifications keep reps on schedule, and the app continues to work offline — all data syncs automatically once the connection is restored. For access, contact your system administrator.
