Rentward is one app for both sides of a small rental: the landlord who keeps the records, and the tenants who pay the rent and report what's broken. No account, no password, no monthly fee. FOR TENANTS. Your landlord sends you a private link. Install Rentward, open the link (or paste it after tapping "I'm a tenant"), and your rental is in the app. - See what you owe this month, when it's due, and up to 12 months of what you've paid. - Pay your landlord directly: Venmo and Cash App open with the amount filled in, or copy their Zelle details. Rent goes straight to your landlord; Rentward never touches the money. - Tap "I paid" so your landlord can confirm it, and see when they do. - Report a problem with up to 3 photos from your camera, then follow its status and your landlord's notes. - Read your landlord's announcements. - Get a reminder the day before rent is due. No app? The same link opens as a web page in any browser. FOR LANDLORDS. A private, local-first record keeper for one to ten rental units. It turns a year of rent, expenses and receipt photos into a categorized, receipt-backed packet you hand to your accountant in April - with no bank connection. YOUR RECORDS, YOUR DEVICE. - No account. Your ledger, receipts and notes never leave your phone. - The tenant portal is optional and off until you turn it on. OPTIONAL TENANT PORTAL (free).
