Track live clinic tokens, estimate your wait and find doctors near you.
Know your turn before you step inside. rewivaQ helps patients follow a clinic's live token queue from their phone. Find a doctor, check which token is being served and enter your clinic-issued paper token to see an estimated wait. The app currently features participating clinics in Rewa, Satna and Sidhi. FOR PATIENTS • Find participating doctors by name, clinic, specialty or city. • View clinic details, consultation hours and room information. • Tap the reception number to open your phone dialer, or open the clinic location in Google Maps. • Check the currently serving token and the latest paper token issued by reception. • Enter your paper token number to see patients ahead and an approximate waiting time. • See clinic queue notices, including a temporary OPD hold and an approximate return time when staff provide one. • Optionally enable on-device reminders as your estimated turn approaches. FOR CLINIC STAFF Authorized reception staff can record paper tokens issued at the counter. Authorized operators can call the next token, reschedule or cancel a token, place an OPD temporarily on hold and manage the clinic's session. Admins can manage doctor profiles and staff access. Staff features require an assigned login; patients can view queues without signing in. HOW TOKENS WORK The clinic issues physical paper tokens at its reception counter. rewivaQ displays queue information and waiting estimates; patients cannot book or cancel an appointment in the app. WAIT TIMES AND REMINDERS Wait times are estimates based on queue position and consultation pace. They are not appointment times. On-device reminders are best effort: keep the app open, allow notifications and check the live token regularly. Device settings or background restrictions may delay or prevent an alert. Follow clinic announcements and staff instructions when you arrive. rewivaQ is by Rewacon Foundation.
