Learn digital logic and Verilog through interactive FPGA labs.
FPGA Foundation is an interactive course for learning digital logic, Verilog, RTL design, and FPGA concepts through guided lessons and practical labs.
Start with free introductory modules covering logic gates, Boolean reasoning, truth tables, combinational circuits, sequential logic, and fundamental Verilog syntax. Continue with FPGA-focused lessons that explain RTL structure, simulation, synthesis concepts, timing, registers, finite-state machines, and hardware-oriented design.
Each lesson combines explanations, interactive controls, visual hardware views, terminal-style Verilog exercises, simulations, and verification tasks. Progress is saved locally on the device.
The app includes learning materials for general FPGA study and may reference Microchip devices and tools as educational examples. It is not sponsored, financed, endorsed, or operated by Microchip Technology Inc. Microchip and related trademarks belong to their respective owner.
The app’s learning simulator is educational and limited compared with professional FPGA design suites. Physical-board implementation, synthesis, timing analysis, programming, and device verification must be performed independently by the user using the appropriate vendor tools and hardware.
Modules 0–2 are available free of charge. Additional course modules may be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase.
