Chanda Book helps owners, committee members and collectors manage Chanda, expenses, members, sponsor gifts, receipts, announcements, auctions and reports in one app. 🪔 GANESH & DURGA / DASARA Create Mandapams for: • Ganesh Chaturthi / Vinayaka Chavithi • Durga Puja / Navaratri / Dasara Festival type is selected during creation and cannot be changed later. 💰 CHANDA & DONATIONS Record donor name, mobile, address, amount, date, payment method, collector and notes. Contribution types: • Cash / Amount • Physical Goods such as rice, sugar, oil, flowers and pooja materials • Sponsor Gifts such as Idol, Mandapam/Pandal, lights, decoration, sound system, prasadam and Annadanam Cash, UPI and Bank only record payment method. Chanda Book does not process donation money. 🎁 SPONSOR GIFTS Track sponsor name, sponsored item, estimated value where supported, goods/services and sponsor status. 💸 EXPENSE MANAGER Track decoration, flowers, pooja items, prasadam, food, lighting, sound system, transport, cleaning and other costs. Add category, vendor, amount, payment method, date and notes. View Total Collection, Total Expenses and Current Balance. ✏️ OWNER-ONLY EDIT & DELETE Owners can edit or delete incorrect, duplicate or test Donations, Physical Goods, Sponsor Gifts and Expenses. Edit/Delete History remains available for transparency. Deleted records are excluded from active totals. 🧾 DIGITAL RECEIPTS Generate receipts with Mandapam name, donor, amount, receipt number, date, payment method and collector. • Share through WhatsApp and compatible apps • Save receipt images • Use Android system printing • Print with supported Bluetooth Classic ESC/POS printers • Use supported 58 mm or 80 mm formats 🔥 LIVE AUCTION Run festival auctions such as Laddu / Prasadam Auctions. Owners can create auctions, set starting bid and minimum increment, start/pause/resume/close, share Link/Code/QR, view live bids and history, declare winner and show the auction on browser, TV or projector. Members and permitted guests can join supported auctions. Guests can join using their name and Auction Code without becoming normal Mandapam members. Auction bids are commitments and are not automatically treated as received payments. 👥 MEMBERS & COLLECTORS Every registered user gets a unique Member ID. Owners can add members and collectors and manage permissions for Chanda entry, expenses, records, members and announcements. 📊 REPORTS & SUMMARY View Total Chanda, Total Expenses, Current Balance, Today’s Collection, Donation & Expense Records, Transaction History, Date-wise Reports, Collection Trends and Sponsor summaries.
