Routes MSG combines delivery route planning, package organization and customer messages for delivery drivers. Organize stops, check delivery details and prepare communications with recipients. REVIEW YOUR MESSAGES Use editable templates, save frequently used text and preview messages before opening WhatsApp, your SMS app or the dialer. At stops with a usable phone number, tap Message to open the composer with the available details. To notify several recipients, select route contacts, pasted numbers or saved contacts. Review the text and work through an individual message queue. The proposed date for a new delivery attempt is editable and must be checked by you. Repeated numbers are grouped. You complete sending in the communication app; advancing the queue does not confirm sending or receipt. PHONE NUMBERS FROM IMAGES AND YOUR SCREEN Read numbers from a screenshot you choose, or start optional screen recognition with Android consent for each session. Sessions last up to 15 minutes, pause while Routes MSG is visible and end when the screen locks. Review each number before using or saving it. Images and raw text from this recognition are processed locally and are not stored in the contact list. Only contacts you confirm enter this installation's protected list, with up to 500 entries. Missing, cropped, masked or invalid numbers are not reconstructed by the app. STOPS AND PACKAGES Add addresses by typing, voice recognition or reading an image. Import compatible XLSX and CSV spreadsheets, including Shopee/SPX formats recognized by the importer. Addresses, coordinates and phone numbers depend on the supplied file. Use the camera to scan labels, count packages and identify repeated codes. Track package and stop totals separately, including addresses receiving more than one package. MAP AND PROGRESS View stops and road routes. Choose between starting from your location and keeping a defined sequence. Review the suggested order, correct locations and complete or reopen stops. Map colors help you track progress. FOR COMPANIES AND TEAMS A company account builds the route on the map and sends it to its drivers, whole or split by area. The team map shows where each driver is, with a red ring on whoever is on a route — the driver turns it on and off. Reports for today, the week or the month download as a spreadsheet or text. HELP AND PREFERENCES Tutorials can be skipped and replayed, and common questions cover scanning, routes, messages, screen recognition and contacts. Voice recognition uses the service selected on your device. • Delivery messages are moderated. Inappropriate content may lead to a warning, review or suspension of messaging, with an appeal available. Text is sent to the moderation service; required addresses and coordinates go to map and route providers.
