Generate access codes for your visitors and suppliers in the industrial park.
Control who enters your company within the industrial park, from your cell phone. With the app, department heads authorize access for visitors and suppliers without calls or checklists at the gatehouse: you generate a code, and the person uses it directly at the park entrance. ACCESS CODES • Generate numeric or QR codes for visitors and suppliers. • Define how many hours the code is valid for. • Capture the person's name and, if they arrive by car, their license plate number and color. • Select the supplier from the park's catalog. • Share the code instantly and cancel it when it's no longer needed. REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS • Receive an alert when your visitor or supplier enters the park. • View your department's notification history. DOOR OPENING • Open the park's enabled gates from the app, when your profile allows it. Accounts are created by your park or company administrator. If you don't have a user account, request one from them. The app is part of Seguser's access control system for industrial parks.
