Shifticker

Shifticker records who is at work, without anybody filling in a timesheet. Your team opens the app when they arrive and taps once. Their position picks which of your sites they are standing at, the shift starts, and it ends when they tap again. That is the whole of what an employee has to learn. FOR THE PERSON WORKING • One tap to start a shift, one to end it. No cards, no readers, nothing to carry. • Today's hours and your whole history, on your own phone. • Works with no signal. A check-in made in a basement or a car park is kept on the phone and sent when the connection comes back, and the time recorded is the moment you tapped — not the moment it uploaded. • Your position is read when you check in, when you check out, and while a shift is open. Never outside one. FOR THE PERSON RUNNING IT • A live board: who is on shift right now, at which site, and for how long. • Sites with a geofence you set. A check-in from outside it is still recorded and flagged as away from the site, so you find out rather than guess. • Alerts when somebody leaves the site mid-shift or switches location off. • Rosters, with late arrivals, missed shifts and early finishes raised for you. • Timesheets by week or month, exported as CSV for payroll. • An audit trail: every change to sites, settings, shifts and people, and who made it. • Add a site and invite your team from the phone. It shows a code that changes every few seconds; the employee scans it with their own phone and the tablet photographs them as they do. Nothing is printed and nothing is static, so there is no picture of a code to pass around. WHAT IT COSTS Free for up to 5 people. No time limit, no card. Pro is 9.99 USD a month for 50 people and 1 USD for each person after that, and adds every role, rosters, photo check-in and kiosk tablets. Plans are changed on the dashboard, not in the app. ABOUT YOUR LOCATION Position is recorded between a check-in and a check-out and never outside a shift. This is not a setting somebody can quietly change: the server refuses location data when no shift is open. Shifticker asks only for foreground location — it does not track anyone in the background, and there is nothing to track when no shift is running. The full policy is at shifticker.com/privacy.
