Twenty in-game days later, you could be running a fleet of buses on city routes, juggling Corporate Contracts, and signing off on upgrade installs while your drivers handle the day-to-day. Fleet Magnate is a transport-tycoon strategy game with the texture of a business sim — not a clicker, not an idler. Every decision matters: which fare to accept, when to buy out your rental, when to hire a manager so you can stop micro-managing dispatch, when to incorporate a Bus Company and chase the bigger Premium contracts. WHAT YOU DO • Drive the early hours yourself. Pick rides off a queue, watch the day cycle through morning rush, midday, evening rush, late night. • Buy out your rental. Found Acme Taxi Corporation. Hire your first driver and you've moved from solo work to running a business. • Scale through the manager tiers — Juniors auto-dispatch rides, Mids and Seniors scout multi-day Corporate Contracts, Ops Managers run your buses. • Found a Bus Company. Assign buses to fixed city routes for passive income. Take on Premium contracts that taxis can't fulfil. • Upgrade your fleet. Engine Tune, Premium Interior, Reinforced Parts, Fuel Efficiency on individual vehicles. GPS Nav, Repair Networks, Industry Relationships, Scouting Network across the whole company. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Real day cycle. Demand and pricing shift across morning rush, midday, evening rush, and late night. • Manager attribution. Reports show exactly which manager accepted which contract. • Honest economy. Bankruptcy is real (three straight days below -$500 starts repossessions), but a single rough day is not game-over. • No pay-to-win. Drive City Pass and the one-time IAPs give you extra slots and visibility — never bigger payouts or shortcut wins. • Rewarded ads are entirely optional.
