Sleep sounds, white noise & sleep stories matched to how you feel tonight
Can't fall asleep because your mind is racing? Awake at 3 a.m.? Slumbi asks how you feel right now and suggests a matching sleep method — a guided technique, a calming sound or a sleep story — in a single tap. Sleep is personal. Calming noise helps some people, breathing helps others, a slow, boring story helps the rest. Slumbi combines these methods in one app and adapts its suggestions to your own ratings. How it works • Choose how you feel: racing thoughts, heavy, tired but restless, or wired • Start the suggested session: a guided technique (4-7-8 breathing, body scan, cognitive shuffle, progressive muscle relaxation and more), a calming sound or a sleep story • After the session or the next morning, rate with one tap how well it helped • Slumbi saves your ratings and ranks future suggestions by them — separately for each mood and time of day What's inside • 20 sleep stories: calm journeys and slow, deliberately boring tales • Soundscapes: pink noise, brown noise, gentle rain, binaural theta tones • Guided techniques from sleep research, with spoken instructions and an evidence label for each technique • Night mode: if you wake up at night, one tap starts a calm session on a dimmed, quiet screen • Smart alarm: set a wake window; if your phone lies on the bed and senses movement in that window, Slumbi wakes you gently a little earlier • Wake-up challenges against snoozing: take a photo, speak an affirmation or complete a 60-second routine • Sleep insights with Health Connect: sleep score, sleep stages and factors such as caffeine or stress (sleep stages need a sleep tracker that shares data via Health Connect) • Snore detection: optional and processed on your device; recordings never leave your phone Honest by design No endless library to scroll through at midnight. No medical promises: Slumbi is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders. Every technique shows its evidence level. Subscription & pricing Slumbi Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per week or $99.99 per year (discounted annual offers may be available). A one-time Lifetime purchase is also available. Prices are shown in USD and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Google Play account settings.
