Volume Control Profiles gives you a clear view of your Android device's media, ringtone, notification, and alarm levels. Adjust each channel using the device's available steps, then save a named sound profile for a meeting, commute, home, or bedtime. Features • Real device levels: See the current value and maximum for each supported sound channel. • Four sound channels: Adjust media, ringtone, notifications, and alarms from one screen. • Named sound profiles: Save up to 20 local profiles with the levels that suit each situation. • One-tap restore: Apply a saved profile and read back the values the device accepted. • Undo profile deletion: Restore a profile after an accidental delete. • Clear device limits: Android may link ringtone and notification levels or restrict changes. The app shows the actual values instead of claiming a change succeeded. • System settings link: Open Android sound settings when a device policy or Do Not Disturb setting needs attention. No account is required. Profile names and sound levels stay on the device. The app does not record audio and does not request microphone, contacts, location, accessibility, or notification-policy access. Volume Control Profiles works within the controls provided by Android and your device manufacturer. It does not boost sound beyond the device maximum, change each app independently, or override Do Not Disturb. Important Android behavior Ringtone and notification channels can be linked by the device. Some phones also keep a channel fixed, or reject changes while a policy is active. When that happens, the app reports the read-back value and offers a link to system sound settings. Saved profiles contain the four supported levels only; ringer mode and Do Not Disturb state are left to Android. Sound profiles are useful for recurring transitions such as leaving work, arriving home, starting a commute, or preparing for sleep. Keep the levels that fit each routine in one place and apply them when needed.
